Join GIMBER as a Field Sales Retail Representative and become the face of our bold, organic drinks in the Brussels market. You will drive brand growth, manage key retail accounts, and create new business opportunities while representing a fast‑growing, innovative company.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell GIMBER products to bars, restaurants, and retail outlets in your region.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting new accounts.
• Implement the local sales strategy, creating growth opportunities and increasing product visibility.
• Report sales performance, market feedback, and insights to the internal team.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• High energy, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for sales.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, especially during negotiations.
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and results‑driven.
• Willingness to travel and drive a company car.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
