Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Belgium

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to join our team in Belgium. You will be responsible for building and expanding B2B relationships within the pet food sector, acting as the primary point of contact for existing and new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development of sustainable B2B customer relationships.
• Prospect, manage and grow accounts with both existing and new customers.
• Introduce new products and promotions, optimizing in‑store presentation.
• Support new store installations and maintain shelf space for our brands.
• Monitor market trends and competition, proposing tailored offers and assortments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑oriented mindset.
• Genuine interest in animals and the pet food market.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, entrepreneurial and hands‑on working style.
• Autonomous, taking ownership of activities and results.
