Field Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Danone Belux as a Field Sales Assistant and become the vital link between the Field Sales team and central support functions. You will help drive excellent in‑store execution while ensuring the effective use of digital tools, data and field systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Field Sales team in daily activities to maximise in‑store performance.
• Assist the Field Manager in preparing, organising and following up on Field Meetings.
• Act as the first point of contact between the field organisation and the central SEED and analytics teams.
• Help teams adopt and use digital tools and data for smarter decision‑making.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured, multi‑tasking approach.
• Customer‑oriented mindset focused on delivering high‑quality support.
• Experience with FMCG retailers is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
