Export Logistics Coordinator – Ocean Shipping

About the role

PSA BDP is looking for an Export Logistics Coordinator to join its Antwerp office. You will be responsible for managing ocean export shipments, ensuring accurate order processing, and providing seamless support to both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders via EDI and manual files, verifying customer order plausibility.
• Plan, book, and coordinate transportation orders for ocean export shipments.
• Follow up shipments, handle documentation, invoicing, and filing.
• Communicate shipment status to customers through email, phone, and EDI.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report non‑conformities according to KPI standards.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors under agreed rates.
• Ensure punctual, flawless end‑to‑end order handling and documentation, including HazMat processes.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and other market‑leading software.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Initiative, strong organizational sense, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player who can also work independently and adapt to multicultural environments.
• Versatile forwarding experience (export) and knowledge of HazMat regulations are advantageous.
