Export Logistics Coordinator – Ocean Services

About the role

PSA BDP is looking for an Export Logistics Coordinator to join its Antwerp office. You will be responsible for managing ocean export shipments, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders via EDI and manual files, verifying accuracy and plausibility.
• Plan, book, and coordinate transportation orders for ocean export.
• Prepare and manage shipment documentation, invoicing, and filing.
• Communicate shipment status to customers through mail, phone, and EDI.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report non‑conformities according to KPI standards.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors and ensure compliance with agreed rates.
• Handle end‑to‑end order processing with punctual and flawless documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics and forwarding operations, especially export.
• Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent oral and written communication in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Initiative, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Team player who can also work independently and adapt to multicultural environments.

Required skills

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of HazMat regulations and processes.
