Experienced Business Lawyers / Partners – Flexible, Revenue‑Based Role

About the role

We are seeking senior business lawyers or partners to join a young, disruptive law firm headquartered in Brussels. The role offers full autonomy to structure your practice, set your own rates and work from any location while benefiting from the resources of an international firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and business development with complete independence.
• Provide creative, high‑quality legal solutions to complex business law matters.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe on cross‑border projects.
• Set and negotiate your own fees, with 75‑90% of billed amounts retained.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience at a leading law firm.
• Proven ability to deliver top‑quality legal work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial, client‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch and a good command of English.
• Potential or existing portable client base is a plus.
