Executive Vice President

About the role

DeltaCore Strategies is seeking an Executive Vice President to help shape and execute its strategic vision in the cryptocurrency derivatives market. Reporting directly to the CEO, the EVP will drive business expansion, operational scaling, and partnership development across North America and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define and implement corporate strategy, including market expansion and product evolution.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in crypto derivatives, structured strategies, and institutional partnerships.
• Build and optimize scalable operational frameworks, establishing KPIs, performance metrics, and governance processes.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with family offices, institutional clients, and ecosystem partners, leading high‑impact negotiations.
• Collaborate with quantitative, trading, and research teams to refine strategy offerings and ensure alignment with market insights and client needs.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to adhere to evolving regulatory frameworks in the U.S. and globally, promoting disciplined risk management.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead senior talent across key functional areas, fostering a high‑performance, accountability‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Senior executive experience in strategy, operations, and business development within cryptocurrency, digital assets, or financial services.
• Proven track record of scaling organizations and managing institutional partnerships.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments affecting crypto derivatives.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in a fast‑moving market.
