Events & Communications Manager

About the role

The Events & Communications Manager will lead the planning, execution and promotion of wellbeing‑focused events and initiatives across Westfield Health’s corporate estate in Brussels. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the internal communication strategy that supports the Wellbeing Strategy and drives employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan that highlights wellbeing programmes and aligns with corporate objectives.
• Develop and manage an annual calendar of onboarding events, wellness campaigns, workshops, webinars, seminars and team‑building activities.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end event production, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management and on‑site delivery.
• Create and distribute engaging content across intranet, email, digital screens and social platforms to maximise participation.
• Produce copy for newsletters, intranet pages, banners and other digital assets.
• Analyse engagement data and market trends to continuously improve communication channels and event impact.
• Maintain consistent, brand‑aligned communication with internal stakeholders, clients and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate events management and internal communications, preferably within a health or wellbeing context.
• Strong ability to craft clear, persuasive written content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills with a track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing participation metrics.
