ERP Process Director – Logistics (Secondment/FTC)

About the role

This senior position provides logistics process leadership for the Global Logistics Template within GSK's ERP Evolution programme. It is a secondment/fixed‑term role running until December 2027, focused on standardising site and commercial warehousing, sales and distribution, and satellite solutions such as Loftware labeling and cold‑chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery and deployment of logistics processes across all GSK supply‑chain locations.
• Partner closely with the Logistics Global Process Owner (GPO) to ensure alignment with the global logistics template and standards.
• Manage data migration, construction, validation and cleansing activities for logistics data.
• Define business scenarios for testing and oversee validation of new logistics processes.
• Control deviations, localisation decisions and design changes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Senior experience in logistics process design and implementation within a global pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including IT, supply‑chain, and programme leadership.
• Strong accountability for end‑to‑end logistics operations and change management.
