About the role

ENGIE is seeking engineers to support its transition to a carbon‑neutral economy by 2045. The recruitment covers positions in power‑plant and renewable operations, civil‑engineering projects, and energy‑market analysis. Candidates will join a leading energy utility focused on sustainable power generation and grid management.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power‑plant and renewable assets such as batteries, wind turbines and hydro facilities.
• Design, plan and supervise civil‑engineering infrastructure projects, including roads, water systems and structural works.
• Support sales and energy‑management teams with market analysis, data handling and reporting.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• Industrial, civil, electro‑mechanical, chemistry, physics or electronics engineering background.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
• Recent graduates or professionals with experience in infrastructure, renewable energy or power markets.
• Strong safety awareness and curiosity to understand different perspectives.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge in electro‑mechanics, renewable technologies, civil‑engineering design or power‑market analysis.
