End User Support Specialist – EUC Consultant

About the role

The End User Support Specialist (EUC Support Consultant) will ensure the stability, performance and security of desktop, laptop and mobile environments for users across multiple Belgian sites. You will work closely with other IT teams to deliver reliable technology services and improve the overall end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops and mobile devices, both remotely and on‑site.
• Deploy, configure and maintain end‑user devices, including printers and scanners.
• Provide application support for Microsoft Office 365, VPN, collaboration tools and ensure software is up‑to‑date.
• Create, manage and deploy standardized device images using SCCM, MDT or similar tools.
• Enforce security policies – antivirus, patching, encryption – and ensure compliance.
• Track hardware and software inventory, manage asset lifecycle and licensing.
• Collaborate on IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations and deployments.
• Deliver user training on systems, software and IT policies.
• Liaise with vendors for hardware replacements, software procurement and escalations.
• Log and manage incidents, service requests and changes using ServiceNow or JIRA following ITIL processes.

Required profile

• Strong technical background supporting Windows, macOS, iOS and Android operating systems.
• Experience with imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM or MDT.
• Good understanding of endpoint security, patch management and encryption standards.
• Ability to work on‑site across Alken, Aubel and other locations, with a personal car.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
