About the role

WWF Belgium is seeking an independent evaluator or evaluation team to conduct the end‑term evaluation of its €13 million programme “Maximizing the Well‑being of Vulnerable Populations through Ecosystem Resilience” (2022‑2026). The assignment covers activities in Belgium, Cambodia, Ecuador and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement an evaluation methodology that meets DGD standards.
Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data across four countries.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and field visits as needed.
Assess relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability and lessons learned.
Prepare a comprehensive final report with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

Proven experience in end‑term evaluations of development or environmental programmes.
Familiarity with multi‑country projects and DGD evaluation guidelines.
Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
