Electronics Engineer – Advanced Optical Systems

About the role

Lambda‑X High‑Tech is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join its Electronic Competence Center. The role involves developing advanced optical systems for life‑science, space, defence and industrial markets, covering the full product development cycle from concept to validation.

Key responsibilities

• Design electronic circuits and printed circuit boards (PCBs) using Altium Designer.
• Create wiring architectures, cable harnesses and associated technical documentation.
• Select components and support technical trade‑off decisions.
• Integrate, wire and assemble prototypes and systems in clean‑room environments.
• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting and validation activities.
• Contribute to product certification and qualification processes.
• Maintain schematics, Bills of Materials and other technical records.
