Early Childhood Teacher – Full‑Time

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate early childhood teacher to join its classroom team. You will work under the guidance of the School Director and Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing environment that supports each child’s development and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel respected and cared for.
• Greet children and families daily, building welcoming professional relationships.
• Support individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavior plans.
• Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Document and report accidents, incidents, and behavior observations according to Cadence policies.
• Communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence‑approved tools.

Required profile

• Experience working with young children in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education settings.
• Familiarity with IEPs and behavioral support strategies.
• Ability to follow safety, licensing, and classroom policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with families and team members.
