Duty Team Agent

About the role

The Duty Team Agent (Logistics Agent) coordinates end‑to‑end cargo movements, acting as the central hub between warehouses, trucking firms, airlines, handlers and customers. The role ensures shipments are handled efficiently, securely, and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor on‑time performance (OTP) and maintain up‑to‑date trucking information based on actual freight flow.
• Identify operational issues, propose mitigation steps, and generate irregularity or discrepancy reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate import and export logistics, ensuring timely execution and clear communication with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as IATA Cargo Introductory Course or Dangerous Goods (DG) Awareness are a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Experience working with airlines, ground handlers, or trucking providers is highly preferred.
