Dutch Market Regulatory Officer

About the role

The Dutch Market Regulatory Officer ensures that our online gambling platforms Circus.nl and 777.nl operate in full compliance with Dutch law. Working closely with the Belgian headquarters, the NL compliance officer and external counsel, you will safeguard the legal soundness of all activities on the Dutch market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary legal contact for the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) and coordinate with the Group Regulatory and Compliance teams.
• Maintain and renew Dutch gaming licences, handling all statutory notifications and evidence submission via the KSA portal.
• Monitor regulatory developments, advise internal stakeholders, and translate KSA expectations into concrete processes and controls.
• Provide legal support for commercial initiatives, promotions, partnerships, and new product features.
• Manage litigation reporting and coordination for B2B, B2C, and authority matters.
• Support Customer Support and Responsible Gaming teams on escalated player complaints, terms & conditions interpretation, and compliance of player‑facing processes.
• Create and regularly update internal guidelines for the Dutch market Customer Support teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Dutch law with 3‑5 years of relevant regulatory or compliance experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

• Experience using online communication software.
