Domain Architect – Acquisition & Interaction (Liège, Belgium)

About the role

The Domain Architect for the Acquisition & Interaction (A&I) Cluster will shape and drive the strategic architecture that powers customer acquisition, engagement, and communication. This senior, autonomous position bridges business goals with technology execution, ensuring the roadmap delivers measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the A&I domain strategy and architectural vision.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and guide engineering teams through delivery.
• Set architectural guardrails, evaluate proposed solutions, and eliminate unnecessary complexity.
• Ensure seamless integration with analytics, experimentation platforms, and DataMesh.
• Continuously challenge assumptions, introduce innovative ideas, and stay current with emerging acquisition techniques.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of acquisition marketing, customer communication, engagement funnels, and behavioral analytics.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, and experimentation.
• Broad experience with digital experiences, content strategy, information modeling, design systems, UI/UX flows, and user behavior.
• Holistic architectural thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Proactive, independent leadership style with excellent diplomatic communication.
