Director of Project Management – API Capacity Increase

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead the Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) component of the API Capacity Increase program in Geel, Belgium. This five‑year, business‑critical initiative will expand API production capacity, improve supply reliability, and support long‑term manufacturing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the E&PS scope throughout the full program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Guide project ideation, definition, planning, and execution while navigating J&J governance and decision‑making processes.
• Secure and allocate resources, manage partner relationships, and drive collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain enterprise alignment and continuous ownership across multiple project phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience directing large‑scale engineering or construction programs within a complex, global organization.
• Deep knowledge of facilities, real‑estate, and property services operations.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and governance navigation skills.
