Digital Workplace Architect

About the role

As the Digital Workplace Architect at CLdN, you will lead the evolution of the company’s digital workplace environment, ensuring a secure, scalable and user‑friendly platform that enables collaboration and productivity across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the digital workplace roadmap aligned with the overall IT strategy.
• Act as domain owner for Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform and endpoint management.
• Establish standards, policies and governance for workplace technologies.
• Identify and implement simplification, standardisation and automation opportunities (on‑boarding, off‑boarding, access, document and device lifecycle management).
• Provide guidance on Power Automate usage and automation scope.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Partner with IT Security on identity, access, data protection, compliance and device security.
• Work with AI and Automation teams to ensure a secure data foundation for AI capabilities.
• Advise on product selection, vendor management and lifecycle decisions.
• Lead or coordinate workplace projects, migrations, roll‑outs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise digital workplace solutions.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance and identity management in a Microsoft‑centric environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, security and business teams.
