Digital Solution Architect

About the role

As a Digital Solution Architect at Luminus, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, future‑proof digital solutions. You will bridge strategy and execution, applying MACH principles and modern architectures across the company’s digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution models and architectures that align with business requirements and maximise value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and propose budget‑aligned solutions.
• Assess change requests, evaluate their impact on existing architecture, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture and security guidelines.
• Define and evolve the digital architectural vision and roadmap.
• Guide technology choices and support development teams in applying standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a digital (web & mobile) environment.
• Strong understanding of MACH principles, micro‑services, API‑first and cloud‑native SaaS design.
• Ability to create and communicate data, state and sequence diagrams to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with strong analytical and facilitation skills.
