Digital Product Development Trainee

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group’s digital experience team in Brussels as a Digital Product Development Trainee. Over a six‑month period you will support the enhancement and release of web and mobile solutions that shape the online experience for millions of hotel guests worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour on radissonhotels.com and translate insights into product specifications.
• Prioritise requirements, create mock‑ups with designers and coordinate implementation with developers.
• Conduct functional and quality testing, track bugs and ensure timely resolution.
• Report product usage, customer feedback and performance metrics using tools such as Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics and Adobe Analytics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, content, marketing and development teams in an international environment.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme and eligible for an internship.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing and able to work in Europe.
• Strong time‑management, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and think creatively.

Required skills

• Experience with web or mobile development enhancements and bug tracking.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics and Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
