Digital Operations Intern

About the role

Join Novartis BeLux as a Digital Operations Intern and support the HCP portal, a key digital touchpoint for healthcare professionals in Belgium. You will work at the crossroads of execution, analysis and continuous improvement, gaining hands‑on experience in a regulated digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operational back‑end of the HCP portal, handling content updates and minor configuration changes.
• Coordinate, track and prioritize incoming portal requests from internal stakeholders.
• Act as liaison with the webmaster, IT teams and external digital agencies.
• Run a basic pre‑release QA checklist (links, formatting, tracking) and document results.
• Log defects, escalate risks and support re‑testing, with final go/no‑go approval by the Digital Manager.
• Maintain clear documentation of requests, status, outcomes and governance evidence.
• Assist with digital analytics, reporting and continuous optimisation initiatives.
• Support digital governance, compliance and audit‑readiness activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Digital, Business, Marketing, IT or Data‑related degree.
• Strong operational mindset: hands‑on, proactive, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Analytical curiosity with the ability to understand performance drivers.
• Comfortable solving complex problems using technology.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months, ideally 6 months.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Drupal 10 (preferred).
