Digital Merchant

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Digital Merchant to join its Europe Merchandising team. You will support the growth of the digital wholesale business across key online partners, shaping assortments and driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of digital wholesale accounts such as ASOS, Next, and About You.
• Analyse product performance (sell‑in, sell‑out, trading data) to identify growth opportunities.
• Support assortment planning across men’s, women’s, tops, bottoms and accessories.
• Collaborate with Planning, Marketing, Sales and Merchandising to ensure aligned execution.
• Drive in‑season actions to optimise sell‑through and manage risks.
• Contribute to seasonal launches, ensuring the right product mix and storytelling.
• Maintain merchandising tools and systems, including line plans and catalogues.
• Provide consumer trend and market insights to inform future strategies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, e‑commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a focus on performance data.
• Understanding of retail KPIs, assortments and product performance.
• Excellent communication, influencing and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for fashion, product and consumer trends.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10‑20%.
