Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

SQLI is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to act as the strategic bridge between our clients and a multidisciplinary digital team. You will design and oversee end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business results for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and ensure high‑quality execution across all channels.
• Conduct strategic audits of existing marketing and digital initiatives and translate findings into clear direction.
• Identify emerging trends and deliver inspiring workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Define strategic frameworks that guide fellow strategists and execution teams.
• Pitch and co‑create new digital propositions with existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business goals, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
• Guide specialists in social media, influencer marketing, UX/UI, e‑commerce, CRO, marketing automation, performance marketing, SEO, and SEA.
• Integrate AI solutions into marketing strategies, highlighting real business value and facilitating adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a marketing strategist.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e‑commerce, and the broader advertising ecosystem (ATL experience is a plus).
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, able to turn complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives.
