Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

You will own and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimise acquisition channels and continuously improve performance. Working closely with communication and digital teams, you will turn data into growth and test new ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise SEO, SEA, social media and email campaigns.
• Manage B2B online acquisition and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Monitor performance, improve conversion rates and manage advertising budgets.
• Maintain corporate websites, landing pages and support SEO implementation.
• Enrich website content via a Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Develop digital assets, microsites and paid social media campaigns.
• Track KPIs, build reports and dashboards, and identify growth opportunities.
• Test new digital channels, tools and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, digital communications or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record managing SEO, paid campaigns and social media.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
