Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Digital Marketing Officer to manage and optimise our digital ecosystem. You will oversee website content, performance analysis, and the execution of digital projects while ensuring compliance with data‑privacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing and website‑related projects, aligning stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of digital assets.
• Maintain and develop the Arval.be website and partner sites, focusing on customer journey and UX.
• Create and optimise landing pages following UI/UX best practices and run A/B tests to validate content and layouts.
• Implement and maintain online product offers, webforms, and SEO‑driven website content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, headquarters and external agencies to align new features with business objectives.
• Interpret analytics data, generate lead‑generation reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
• Support the setup and maintenance of the Consent Management Platform (One Trust) and ensure tracking respects user consent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing, communication or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience; agency experience is a plus.
• Strong passion for digital marketing, webmaster or e‑commerce responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of UX design, brand guidelines and layout standards.
