Digital Marketing Internship

About the role

Join Unilever Belgium as a Digital Marketing Intern and contribute to the growth of iconic brands such as Dove, Axe, Knorr and Lipton. You will work closely with marketing teams to develop and optimise digital campaigns, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance digital marketing plans.
• Analyse website performance and propose improvement actions.
• Co‑create, build and evaluate campaigns and customer journeys to boost conversion rates.
• Set up experiments that support business transformation initiatives.
• Provide reporting and insights to help marketers steer their strategies.
• Support digital marketers and data teams on key transformation projects.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program and able to provide an internship agreement.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months (ideally 6 months) at 32+ hours per week.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Creative thinker, proactive, autonomous and a strong team player.
