Digital Marketing Coordinator – Belgium & Luxembourg

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator for the Belgium and Luxembourg markets, you will lead the localisation and launch of our brand’s digital presence. You will ensure that all marketing assets are culturally accurate, compliant and effective while supporting broader digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Localise website, CRM campaigns and paid‑media assets for French‑speaking (Walloon, Luxembourg) and Dutch‑speaking (Flemish) audiences.
• Create and manage email campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation and basic performance tracking.
• Maintain website content via a CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency and SEO best practices.
• Support paid‑media execution (social, display, search) by coordinating assets and monitoring performance.
• Analyse campaign results and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt international campaigns for local markets.
• Ensure brand tone of voice and positioning are consistently applied across all digital touchpoints.
• Assist in testing, learning and iterating digital approaches during market entry.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (Walloon/Luxembourg) and Dutch (Flemish); professional proficiency in English.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, content or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in localisation and content quality.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions.
• Comfortable in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.
• Experience in automotive communication compliance is a strong plus.
