Digital Communication Manager - West

About the role

Lotus Cars Europe is seeking a Digital Communication Manager – West to join its Brussels office. The role will drive short‑term and mid‑term digital initiatives that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support dealer networks across France, Belux and the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the social media strategy for local channels, creating and publishing content while managing community interaction.
• Oversee paid media campaigns, analyse performance and optimise results in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Work with sales managers and dealers to improve lead generation and conversion across digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate website updates, ensuring content accuracy, consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Support CRM communications, handling audience segmentation and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Cluster Head, Marketing, PR, Sales, Product) and external agencies to deliver marketing assets and organise events.
• Produce regular performance reports, analyse data and provide actionable insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Automotive Business or a related field.
• Strong coordination abilities with a structured, process‑driven approach.
• Numbers‑driven mindset and analytical orientation.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital communication or marketing.
