Digital Commerce & Content Specialist – E‑commerce Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Commerce & Content Specialist to optimise the online customer experience for a fast‑growing retail brand. You will ensure that webshop, social media and email channels deliver accurate, engaging and commercially effective content that drives growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise webshop content, including homepage, category, landing, blog and promotional pages.
• Publish product information accurately and on schedule, covering pricing, promotions and commercial copy.
• Coordinate and publish content across social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Create newsletters and email campaigns together with the CRM Lead, using internal visuals and copy.
• Analyse e‑commerce performance with Google Analytics 4 and other tools, turning insights into content and merchandising recommendations.
• Collaborate with product marketing, CRM, design and content teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Support continuous SEO, GEO and online visibility optimisation by testing new approaches and following digital trends.

Required profile

• Experience in e‑commerce, digital content management or online merchandising.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms and e‑commerce environments; headless CMS a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured, commercial mindset.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Affinity for SEO, GEO and digital content optimisation.
• Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Passion for digital innovation and online customer experience.
