DevSecOps Engineer – Secure Azure Infrastructure for Financial Systems

About the role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and operate a secure, automated Azure infrastructure that supports high‑performance, mission‑critical financial markets applications. The role focuses on embedding security throughout the cloud lifecycle and ensuring the reliability of low‑latency trading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate secure, automated infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement security‑by‑design principles across systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and hardening using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Maintain reliability and performance of low‑latency trading platforms.
• Collaborate with international engineering and security teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Azure (infrastructure, security, automation).
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Proven ability to embed security into delivery workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with automation, monitoring, and resilience engineering.
• Background in regulated or high‑availability environments is a plus.
• Must be residing in Belgium.
