DevOps Engineer – Product Development & Platform Operations

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build the delivery and operations foundation that enables a small, early‑stage product team to ship secure, reliable OT‑focused solutions to industrial customers. You will work closely with developers and product owners to automate the full lifecycle from code to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines that include automated build, test, security scanning and deployment across all products.
• Own infrastructure as code, containerisation, environment provisioning and secret management.
• Support developers in continuous shipping while preventing breakages.
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting to detect issues before customers notice them.
• Embed quality gates such as automated testing, code quality standards and release criteria into the delivery process.
• Apply security best‑practices for authentication, authorisation, data protection, dependency management and secure deployment.
• Translate product and commercial requirements into pragmatic technical solutions and push back on non‑aligned requests.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of hands‑on DevOps, platform or software engineering experience with production‑grade systems.
• Broad knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), CI/CD, IaC, containers and monitoring.
• Solid grounding in IT security, including secure development, network/infrastructure security and vulnerability management.
• Experience with OT security or industrial/ICS environments is a strong plus.
• Independent, self‑directed and able to identify and act on needed work without constant guidance.
• Clear communicator who can bridge technical and business discussions.
