DevOps Engineer – Automation & CI/CD Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and maintain automated deployment pipelines, streamline hosting operations, and implement scalable infrastructure practices. The role works closely with the System Administrator to reduce manual interventions and build a robust CI/CD ecosystem for client websites.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Git‑based workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Ansible or Terraform to provision, configure, and patch servers.
• Standardize deployment environments and enable zero‑downtime releases.
• Set up centralized logging, monitoring dashboards, and proactive alerting for server health and incidents.
• Collaborate with developers and the System Administrator to document workflows, create runbooks, and provide CI/CD training.
• Mentor teams on Git‑based deployment practices and promote a DevOps culture.
• Support rapid rollback, hot‑fix deployments, and incident recovery during major infrastructure events.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven background in infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Solid scripting skills in Bash and/or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based hosting environments and multi‑client website architectures.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and documentation abilities.
