Designer – As-Built High‑Voltage Plans

About the role

Join a leading European electricity transmission system operator to produce and maintain accurate as‑built high‑voltage (HV) plans. You will work onsite at the Crealys site in Gembloux and at HV substations, ensuring that all plans meet the required standards and are ready for operational use.

Key responsibilities

• Update and manage HV plans to reflect as‑built configurations following redlining or technician input.
• Perform quality control on HV drawings and implement improvements where necessary.
• Apply and keep up‑to‑date the HV drawing methodology in collaboration with other disciplines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and attend post‑study handover meetings.
• Archive plans and associated metadata according to schedule and administrative procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a designer working on electrical or high‑voltage projects.
• Eligibility to work in Belgium/EU or a valid Belgian work and residence permit for non‑EU candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with MicroStation.
