About the role

Join Bacardi’s dynamic team that provides consumer and influencer data to guide smarter business decisions. As a Market Demand Planner for the Belgium‑Luxembourg region, you will build accurate market forecasts that support customer satisfaction, profitability, and a lean end‑to‑end supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Enrich short‑term (0‑4 months) local forecasts with market insights and collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to refine them.
• Analyze market volumes, adjust forecasts by channel, and ensure robust demand plans for business unit leadership reviews.
• Track KPIs, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, and maintain high‑quality historical data for predictive analytics.
• Act as the voice of demand, lead demand reviews within the S&OP process, and communicate forecast changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Centre of Excellence planners on exceptions and major impacts.
• Integrate promotions, campaigns, and market events into forecasts and measure uplift from promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in forecasting, supply chain, and business partnering.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Expertise in using data tools to support demand planning.
