Data Business Analyst – Data Lineage & Automation Consultant

About the role

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Business Analyst to join a client as a Data Specialist Consultant. You will work closely with the client’s Data Manager, data teams and IT departments to design and implement data lineage, improve data collection, analysis and automation, and support continuous decision‑making improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clarify stakeholder needs, formalising business requirements in BRDs, specifications or user stories.
• Analyse data sources, assess data quality, document flows, transformations and business rules.
• Design and contribute to automation processes that enhance decision‑making and process improvement.
• Collaborate with client Data and IT teams to validate technical feasibility, follow implementation, and test deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001 and NIS2 throughout the mission.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data management and requirement gathering.
• Ability to work on‑site at the client’s headquarters in Brussels at least three days per week.
• Familiarity with data governance standards and regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO27001, NIS2).
• Flexibility to plan leave and overtime in coordination with the client’s leading official.
