Data Analyst – Power BI & Machine Learning (Remote, EU)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Power BI and Machine Learning expertise to work remotely for a major European institution. The role is part of our Development team and will collaborate closely with the client’s IT department.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, including data loads and refreshes.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage and upgrade Data Gateway connections.
• Develop and maintain Python‑based data pipelines for classification tasks.
• Train, deploy and monitor machine‑learning models in production.
• Apply ML techniques to improve data and product quality.
• Define and execute security plans, vulnerability scans, penetration tests and incident response.
• Provide user support, create documentation and deliver training on information systems.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Proven experience with Python and/or R.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks such as Spark, Databricks, Splunk or Hadoop.
• Experience using AI/ML platforms (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, CNTK, Scikit‑learn, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation).
• Strong ability to gather requirements and document changes.
• Excellent command of English.
