Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join SII Belgium’s team. In this role you will design, develop and implement big‑data solutions that support business objectives across sectors such as Energy, Defense, Banking and Telecom.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain big‑data platforms that collect, store and process large, complex data sets.
• Analyse and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data‑driven solutions and integrate them with enterprise architecture.
• Create and maintain interactive visualisations and reporting dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Stay informed about emerging data technologies and industry trends to propose innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience working with data technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply statistical techniques to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Dutch and/or French.
