Data & AI Strategy Consultant

About the role

As a Data & AI Strategy Consultant you will advise Accenture’s clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You will define enterprise‑wide, industry‑specific and function‑specific AI and data strategies, develop business cases and roadmaps, and shape operating models while embedding Responsible AI principles.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the vision for data‑driven business reinvention and identify AI‑led growth opportunities.
• Assess the maturity of clients’ AI and data foundations and define the building blocks for an AI‑first organization.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and detailed roadmaps to deliver the defined strategy.
• Integrate Responsible AI into the vision, roadmap and operating model, and foster a culture of innovation.
• Identify the people, processes and technologies required to operationalise AI solutions and develop commercialization opportunities for AI‑first products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Experience in data strategy, with exposure to AI strategy considered a strong advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of financial statements and fluency in French or Dutch, plus professional proficiency in English.
