Czech & Russian Speaking Customer Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Advisor to support elite fleet owners and specialized dealerships in the heavy‑duty vehicle sector. Based in Ghent, Belgium, you will work four days on‑site and one day remotely, acting as the bridge between advanced automotive technology and global supply‑chain partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical intelligence and bespoke solutions to ensure maximum fleet uptime.
• Handle high‑level inquiries via voice and digital channels, maintaining the company’s reputation for safety and innovation.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of complex logistical challenges and deliver impactful resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless workflows and data integrity.
• Participate in fully subsidized, world‑class technical training to become an industry authority.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Czech and Russian.
• Professional fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Resilient, diplomatic communicator able to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work within a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
