Cyber Defence Program Coordinator

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Cyber Defence Program Coordinator to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels. The role will contribute to the Agency’s cyber security, command and control, satellite communications, electronic warfare and information management services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Cyber and Digital Transformation (CDT) programme and related advisory services.
• Support key client projects for NCIA, ensuring delivery of cyber defence and digital transformation initiatives.
• Liaise with NATO International Civilians, Military personnel and Interim Workforce Consultants to align programme activities.
• Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of cyber security and ICT projects across the Alliance.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for programme performance and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience working in a defence or NATO‑related environment.
• Familiarity with programme coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate in a multinational, security‑focused setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cyber security concepts and practices.
• Understanding of command and control systems, satellite communications, electronic warfare and information management.
