About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to help train next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will provide clear, empathetic support to customers while contributing valuable real‑world insights that improve our AI‑driven tools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, courteous written and verbal responses to a wide range of customer queries.
- Annotate and review support interactions to maintain high quality and consistency.
- Identify common pain points and document best‑practice solutions.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to share feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all communications and documentation.
Required profile
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar client‑facing role.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced remote environment.
