Customer Support Agent

About the role

Ticketmaster Belgium is looking for a Customer Support Agent to be the first point of contact for fans and customers. You will help with ticket purchases, refunds, account issues and event access while ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone.
• Assist fans with ticket purchases, mobile tickets, refunds, exchanges and account‑related questions.
• Provide guidance on event access, entry procedures and troubleshoot technical issues on the ticketing platform.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and escalate complex cases to specialised teams.
• Stay updated on upcoming events, internal procedures and system changes.
• Contribute ideas to improve overall customer experience and handle high‑pressure periods during major sales peaks.
