Customer Success Representative

About the role

As a Customer Success Representative at Twizzit, you will ensure that customers enjoy a seamless experience with our SaaS products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and helping customers maximise the value they receive.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Guide and mentor Junior Customer Success Representatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer goals and aligning them with product capabilities.
• Gather and relay customer insights to internal teams to improve the overall experience.
• Own customer requests and drive them to resolution across multiple internal departments.
• Manage follow‑up and stakeholder communications to ensure commitments are tracked and delivered.

Required profile

• Proactive, process‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in customer success, support, onboarding, implementation or account management.
• Ability to work with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Customer‑first attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
