Customer Success Representative – Bilingual (French/Dutch)

About the role

As a Customer Success Representative you will own the relationship with pharmacy customers across Belgium, guiding them from onboarding to long‑term adoption of Salvus Health’s patient‑engagement platform. The role is based in Antwerp with a hybrid work model and includes regular visits to pharmacies in Flanders and Wallonia.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of pharmacy customers, building trusted relationships with owners, managers and staff.
• Lead onboarding, platform setup and configuration, and deliver tailored training sessions in Dutch and French.
• Provide ongoing support, log issues in the CRM and coordinate with technical teams to resolve them promptly.
• Monitor usage metrics, identify churn risks and propose upsell or expansion opportunities.
• Collect structured feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1) and Dutch (B2); English (B2) for internal communication.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Experience working with pharmacy or health‑tech customers is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and issues.
• Ability to configure and set up SaaS platforms.
