Customer Service & Supply Chain Internship (Brussels)

About the role

Join the Belux supply chain team at Jacobs Douwe Egberts as a Customer Service & Supply Chain Intern in Brussels. You will support the Out‑of‑Home coffee and tea business, gaining insight into how products travel from production to the customer’s cup.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to confirm order details and align expectations.
• Monitor and help ensure On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) deliveries.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the customer service team.
• Assist cross‑functional initiatives to resolve supply‑chain issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on operational experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing and external 3rd‑party logistics providers.
• Participate in local sustainability projects within the supply chain.

Required profile

• Enrolled student (internship must be part of your study program) with a business‑related background, preferably interested in supply chain.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Passion for coffee & tea and interest in e‑commerce, sustainability and B2B.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and fluent in English.
• Available for 5–6 months starting August/September 2026.
