Customer Service & Supply Chain Internship (Brussels)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service / Supply Chain Intern to join our Belux supply chain team in Brussels. You will support the Out of Home customer service for our coffee and tea brands, gaining insight into how products move from production to the consumer’s cup.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to align on orders and ensure On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) deliveries.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the customer service team.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance and Marketing on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Work with third‑party logistics partners to resolve issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on operational experience and propose solutions across the supply chain.
• Participate in local sustainability projects within the supply chain.

Required profile

• Enrolled student (internship must be part of your study program) with a business‑related background, preferably interested in supply chain.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities, proactive attitude and ownership of tasks.
• Passion for coffee and tea, and interest in e‑commerce, sustainability and B2B.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Available for 5–6 months starting August/September 2026.
