Customer Service Representative – Travel Europe

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Hoogstraten, focusing on travel across Europe. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling orders, production follow‑up, deliveries and introducing new products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Process and follow‑up sales orders from entry through delivery.
• Manage forecasts, demand and maintain stock levels.
• Handle complaints and resolve them in agreement with sales.
• Maintain product knowledge, including latest developments.
• Support the sales team with general tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in an international B2B environment.
• Positive mindset, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written); additional languages such as Dutch, German or Spanish are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
