Customer Service Representative

About the role

Brunswick is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, handle billing inquiries, and resolve service requests. The role combines order processing, sales support, and first‑level technical assistance to ensure timely delivery and high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders in line with sales conditions and company policies.
• Monitor credit status and allocate products according to priorities.
• Handle consignments and coordinate shipment planning with the Distribution Center.
• Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries, maintaining service and quality standards.
• Provide product and service information, identify upselling opportunities, and support sales promotions.
• Answer first‑level technology questions and develop improvement plans from customer surveys.
• Assist with Boat Show preparation, including product booking, shipments, and returns.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives related to customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the role.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or international trade.
• Fluent French and advanced business English (written and spoken).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work proactively in a dynamic environment.
• Organized, precise, and conscientious.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with Salesforce.

What we offer

• Annual salary range €41,500 – €52,000 (13.92 installments).
• Target bonus of 5 % of annual salary.
