Customer Service Representative – APAC Focus

About the role

Join a world‑leading multinational in the fertilizer and chemical industry as a Customer Service Representative supporting the APAC region from our European headquarters in Antwerp. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing and export coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end administrative processing of sales orders, from entry to invoicing.
• Ensure accurate order entry in SAP S/4HANA, including pricing, delivery terms, and billing conditions.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers and the Sales Manager, handling order‑related inquiries and issue resolution.
• Prepare bag layouts, labels, and ensure compliance with local legislation.
• Coordinate export orders and compile required documentation such as certificates of origin, EUR1 forms, packing lists, commercial invoices and letters of credit.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to guarantee seamless operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in customer care or order management within an international B2B environment.
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Residence in the Antwerp region.
• Detail‑oriented, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA (ERP system).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
